Refund Policy

We stand behind Genlista with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.

14-day money-back guarantee

New customers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid purchase (subscription or one-time bundle), even if you have already used the Service. Just email info@genlista.com from your account email address — no justification required.

We will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request and cancel your subscription immediately.

The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first paid purchase only. Subsequent renewals and additional bundles fall under the standard subscription rules below.

EU statutory right of withdrawal

In addition to our voluntary money-back guarantee, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights). Our money-back guarantee meets and, in most cases, exceeds this statutory right.

Subscription cancellation & renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account via the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.

Outside the 14-day money-back window, we do not refund partial months, unused generation quota, or already-charged renewal periods. Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Technical issues and billing errors

If you experience technical issues or believe there has been a billing error — such as a duplicate charge, an unauthorised charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us at info@genlista.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, refund the affected amount within 14 days.

What is not covered

Outside the 14-day money-back window, refunds are not granted for:

  • AI outputs you disagree with or attributions you consider incorrect — you are responsible for reviewing and editing every generated listing before publication;
  • sales results that fall short of your expectations on third-party platforms;
  • changes in third-party platform policies, fees, or availability.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence within the EU. Where mandatory consumer law grants you broader rights than those described here, those mandatory rights prevail.
