Refund Policy

Genlista is an AI-powered subscription tool. We charge for access to the AI generation service, not for the commercial outcome of your listings. Refunds are not granted for AI outputs you disagree with, attributions you consider incorrect, or sales results that fall short of your expectations — the user is responsible for reviewing and editing every generated listing before publication.

Subscriptions

Genlista is a digital subscription service. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until that date. We do not refund partial months or unused generation quota.

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 6:230o Dutch Civil Code. Because Genlista is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscribing, by starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (Art. 6:230p sub a Dutch Civil Code).

If you have not yet used the Service after subscribing and you wish to withdraw within 14 days, contact info@genlista.com with your account email and we will refund you in full to the original payment method within 14 days.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged — duplicate payment, unauthorised charge, or charges after a confirmed cancellation — contact info@genlista.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, refund the affected amount within 14 days.

Service outages

Genlista is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not refund subscription fees for short outages or temporary degradations. For prolonged outages affecting a substantial portion of a billing period, contact support and we will assess a goodwill credit on a case-by-case basis.
